This Report is being compiled due to circumstances beyond
my control.

During a day in the past week (16:02 19/01/2009) a person of ethnic appearance parked a motor vehicle at the rear of 22 Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AD. The car park belongs to Ambassador Cars, and their is a no parking warning from 'SERVAL' Security Parking, H/Q No:343990.

The Sign says Clamping / Towing.
During last week, a member of the taxi firm asked me to relay a message on the illegally parked vehicle, regardless of her neglect of observing the no park sticker on the wall, and relay on the letter to become placed on the motor vehicle, saying some simili words such as (which \i duely wrote), 'please do not park here, as you will become clamped.'

She again parked their, and said a person of the nearby vicinity said I can park their for 1 hour at least or simili, whilst I obtain a parking permit from the college.

None the less, she parked her car again, and her car was towed away, with a release fee in question.

Yesterday or simili, she approached the office once and then twice with a male ethnic friend. 

I duely guided and situation to the head of the taxi firm, whom said for me to tell them to call the security, towing firm.

Again today at approx 4pm 16:14 19/01/2009, I was again approached by the same ethnic male friend of the person whom parked their.  I duely invited him to put forward his question, and he said he waants to speak to the boss of the taxi firm.

I said he would only say talk to the security firm, he said I want to hear this from him.

I asked the friend of the ladies to give me his phone number so I will relay this to the boss, well, there are two bosses.

he left me his number.  When i phoned one of the bosses, he said for me to tell the friend of the lay if he returns that the boss will become back in many weeks...and to call the security firm.

The matter is this:
the towing and clamping question and the release fee. Had I left a message which was not requested of writing the CAr WILL BE TOWED AWAY' this matter may not have arisen.
